I have called this company many times sense February to return the phone the last time I called they said I could buy it for about 200$ but I was just unsure what to do because I was moving so I said that I would return it and when I got settled I would just call them back and get another one so today I called them again and I dont have a printer so I told them on the very first phone call that I needed labels mailed to me, ok so I called them today now they want almost 700$ to buy it and I told the agent everything and he said , I cant help you so I again told them ok mail the labels and I will return it and I ask can I go back in and get a newer phone he said that should be fine so I tried and was told no because I still have one through them that I havent returned ok this is crazy and it is there fault that the phone is still here
