I purchase a case and hip carrying case, protector, and other items. The hip case does not fit the case. I tried to return it but when I went back to the site and check my account, I could not find my order and thereby cannot find the order number. When I call the toll free number 800-871-**** and 323-709-**** and got no live person. I left a message on the voice mail and no one has called as yet. I need to return the items before the non-return deadline. User's recommendation: Stay away.
