This is the absolute only company that charges both shipping to you as well as return shipping and VAT tax. It takes days for them to respond and when I made an error when ordering size 8 sneakers I emailed them to change to size 7 but by the time they responded the sneakers were shipped out. They charged me $40 shipping and $35 VAT per pair of sneakers !!! Not one European company, farfetch, Garmetory, etc charges shipping fees let alone return shipping and VAT! Never again !! Do not send me a link to your model, I don't care !!! You are scammers
