Did not receive transfer letter from LoanCare to a new loan servicing company. So as usual, I paid (electronic transfer) from my checking account to LoanCare. Now I can't find anyone to talk about either forwarding the "check" to the new company. No option to talk to representative. No way to contact anyone about anything. ALL PHONE NUMBERS REFER CALLER TO 1099 INFORMATION. Had to pay new loan servicing company to avoid late charges and penalties. This has left me financially strapped. User's recommendation: DO NOT EVER USE THESE GUYS. TALK TO YOUR LENDER BEFORE SIGNING FINAL LOAN PAPERS. LENDERS HAVE A CHOICE!!!
