Return brake and rotors

I had purchase a brake and rotors kit for a 2006 Volvo S80 in March 2020 as it turn out we were having problems with the brake vibrating in the front so we took it to a mechanic and sadly to say he said the rotors in the front were warped got it in black and white from the certified mechanic just incase parts geek want prove so I call the customer service and they said no worries I have 1 year warranty there a team that will review it and send me in a few days a return rma number which I did get no prepaid label so I spoke with customer rep for on and of 45mins which he had to question his supvr name bill which finally got on the ph I explain that all I want is to return the front rotors and either get my money for them or even credit he explain that company policy was to return the hole kit l explain that's going to cost me money when I already paid to change them asap so we can drive our vehicle he said he couldn't help so that's why I am here and after all the spending money with them thru the years also I just recently return a radiator few months ago and they send me a prepaid label and credit my acct so what's the problem now bad customer service...readm
