Return and refusal of BB&B to process refund CASE #[protected]

I ordered an adjustable desk online that was to be a Christmas present for my husband on 12/10/20. Order BBB37341955011. Desk total was $379. Paid $300 on personal cc and $22.23 on gift card (included a 20% off coupon). The item was delivered on 12/16/20 and the glass top on the desk was completely shattered. I contacted BB&B and was provided a return label and made arrangements for a replacement. On 12/22/20, I received an email notice the replacement was damaged in transit and another replacement order was created. On 1/9/21, the 3rd replacement desk arrived and again was broken. I contacted BB&B and was offered a 4th replacement desk. At this point, I no longer wanted the desk - Xmas was over and we decided we would look elsewhere to purchase one. BB&B requested a picture of the damaged desk in order to process a refund of the original purchase. I was told the refund would take approx 2 weeks. I provided a picture (attaching the same) and was provided with another return label to return the damaged item. Tracking #[protected]. The Fed Ex website confirms BB&B accepted delivery of this item on 1/18/21. After waiting 3 weeks for the refund, I contacted BB&B customer service and was told to wait another week. I contacted BB&B again on 2/6 for another status and after explaining the situation again, I was told the refund would be processed right away and a credit would be applied to my credit card within 2-3 days. Attached are copies of that chat history. On 2/7/21 after being told I would receive a refund, I instead got an email asking for ANOTHER photo of the damaged item!! Today 2/14/2 I called again because I still have yet to receive the credit to my credit card or the refund. I was told it will be ANOTHER week before anyone can check a status on my refund. This is ridiculous and it has now been over 2 months since the original purchase was made and I don't have the merchandise OR my money.
