Return & Refund

I'm a registered customer of this website www.americanswan.com). Few days ago, i have placed 2 orders; one on 10th June 2015, Order No.: AS100615743065. And 2nd on 11th June 2015, Order No.: AS110615744757. The first order was received on 14th June 2015 & the 2nd Order is received on 15th June 2015. I want return & refund for the 1st order (size issues). I've already tried to call their customer care but the call was not connecting. Please do the needful in this regards.
