I turned my 2015 K900 with 16k miles on it to Fucillo Kia and they made the return process so easy it was almost unbelievable. They told me over the phone that the whole process would take 10 minutes, well they lied, it only took about 2 minutes. They were very happy to get a three year old lease back with only 16k on it. I tried to return it first to Airport Kia only because it was closer but they told me the person that handles that department isn’t in on Wednesday, which is when I wanted to return it because my schedule is tight. I mean really, one person handles your lease backs. Fucillo Kia is where I will purchase a Kia if I decide to get another one and I will also refer my friends and clients to them.
