Retraction of Complaint Against Fred Bean Subaru
Though I cannot remove my previous complaint as I thought from 8/29/12 against Fred Bean Subaru, I would like to express that the Subaru Dealership was not the source of my complaint. The General Manager of the Subaru dealership is a nice guy and does work with his customers to meet satisfaction and my mechanic Mike there is great and addresses my concerns. My problem is with the Corporation which is no fault of the Subaru Dealership itself. To take responsibility for making a major mistake is commendabble, but by admitting wrong doing, it should be 100% responsibility not 50%. Adamia Daddazio
