Restoration of gas service.

We have a customer who had a fire in her home. We called to have gas restored so customer could move back in her home. We were told someone would be on site to install a new meter and turn gas on. The first day we waited until 7pm, no one showed. On the next day we called and they told us someone would be there. Some one did show and installed the meter and tried to turn on the gas. They said they could not get the gas on but someone would back. Again we waited, this time to 9pm. No one showed. I called this morning and was told someone would be there today. Still no one showed. I talked to a supervisor and she told me that a new line has to be installed and we would have to get our own contractor to do. That is not what I was told by my plumber, he said Washington gas runs the gas line into the house. I am very confused. I am sitting on hold with Washington now for 32 minutes. My customer is in her seventies and will have no place to live towards the end of next week. I hope someone can assist us with this project ASAP.
