Hello, I always have a hard time getting answers from Digikey Placing online orders are easy, however as soon as there is a discrepancy on the order, or shipping or have a question I need to send 4-5 emails to get a reply. It's been 2 days that I've requested CUSMA (Canada United States Mexico Agreement) and I've yet to get an answer. If I don't get the document by the end of the day my custom broker will charge me a fee. I noticed when dealing with big companies there is no customer client relationship. We are just a number
