I already tried calling their customer service to try to resolve the problem I spoke with Tina on 2/3/21 and got no where I would appreciate any help on your end I'm not asking for a full refund but just a little compensation for all the stupidity and miscommunication from a company that has people with a lack of knowledge on how to speak and understand english. User's recommendation: Again never to use this company again.
