I phoned Club Corp offices on Friday, August 10th and left word with a Courtney to phone me back regarding a complaint. No call. I phoned again on August 15th for the same reason and was assured I would receive a call back. No call. I called again on August 20th and got a run around and wanted me to leave another message. I guess the new CEO, Pillsbury and team do not want to communicate with members. I've been a member since 2000 and this is the worst customer service I have seen. Why do you not want to hear about discrimination and communications that could be fixed before they escalate Have some respect for members Mr. Pillsbury.
