I had a number of questions (3). The person who contacted me was a call center employee. She contacted me on a Saturday, which impressed me, but she couldn't really give me any information at all. I did receive one FPUC deposit today. They still owe me for 6 weeks. User's recommendation: Well, at least I got a call so it's worth a try.
