The bill of sale states they are responsible for paying the taxes that accumulated while to the home was unoccupied. They are ignoring my calls and refuse to pay! I have called management and they have not returned not one phone call. This company is located in Nashville, TN. I have just been recently informed that the taxes had not been paid. Now I have to pay the year that they didnt pay while the house was empty and the taxes for this year. The amount for both taxes are well $4500. I am very upset and unhappy with this situation.
