Resolved: Worst ever!

Update by user Jun 24, 2019 Apology and refund from the company. Update by user Jun 24, 2019 Have been negotiating with company since last communication with you. Customers should never give up in a situation in which contract rights and responsibilities were violated. Record pictures, dates, times, names as that info will be valuable in pursuing case. The company against which we had the grievance was willing to listen to our story, offered an apology and refunded money to us. Not too many companies are willing to be so generous. We are pleased with the results. Restores our confidence in recommending them to others who may be in need of relocation assistance. Persistence sometimes is rewarded. Original review posted by user May 25, 2019 Trusted them with our move and it was the worst ever! More concerned with their $ than their customers. They showed up 6 hrs late for unloading. We have many broken items (and worst of all are antique items). Boxes left in garage rather then carried to rooms that were even designated on box. They sent not the crew that we were promised (ones that loaded truck) but others that had to arrive from other cities. My husband, age 72 ended up helping them. The supervisor was tired he said and ended up asleep in his A/C cab. Items that were to be put back together they never accomplished.
