Update by user Jun 04, 2019 Amoma company made refund for my reservation Original review posted by user Jun 04, 2019 I’m looking for a double room in Berlin and found this type a room for a good price in the website of Amoma. I have made a non-refundable reservation using this service. But during the reservation information about the room have changed and only at the end of reservation I noticed that it was not a double room, it was only two beds in dorm room. I wrote in support about possibility of cancelation this reservation and made me refund because of error in their website. The next day their employee called me and said to made a cancellation and than they will try to make me refund. I have made a cancellation and then received e-mail that unfortunately they can’t help me because my reservation was non-refundable. I also wrote in their face book but they answered that during the booking the information was already correct and now they could not help me. Unfortunately Amoma using like methods as incorrect information in their site for attract customers. You make reservations but information about the room during the booking can change. And if you don’t noticed this during the booking process this company will not help you.
