Resolved: Worse service ever!

Update by user Apr 23, 2019 System works as expected! Update by user Apr 23, 2019 To day it is April 23, 2019 Our broadband has been working fine for the past three weeks with no issues. We did our first pissed post here March 17th. Too bad that "Rise" ignored our complaints prior to our complaints about bad service! Original review posted by user Mar 17, 2019 Since T6 sold out to Rise broadband our service has gone from ok to awfull. The last six months have been the worst service ever. MPS has slowed to .22. Yes point 22. Almost nonexistant . Several times over the past six months our service was lost. Calls to the tech telling us to do a bunch tests, unplug this unplug that, plug it back in. They blame everthing from netflex to the router. Two techs admitted the there is a problem with the tower, he called it a SOS, and it was in the process ordering parts to fix it. No idea when though. I had one tech tell me they had a service man scheduled to work on the tower the coming weekend for five hours on Sunday! I can see the tower. There were no footprints in the foot of snow around the tower. Lost preformance cost $1800 LAIR LAIR LAIR is what Rise is good for!
