Resolved: Wont return calls and never received my order

Update by user Apr 23, 2020 I finally got my order Original review posted by user Apr 21, 2020 I ordered 30 filters for a face mask and paid by debit card. I never received them . I go to track the packet with the tracking number they provided and it says pre shipment label only no tracking history. It has been sitting this was since April 08 and I ordered the merchandised on April 04 for both myself and my parents and neither one of us has gotten the product nor any updated tracking information. I tried calling customer service but it goes to a voicemail and says leave a message and somebody will reply within 72 hours by email. It is impossible to speak with a human being. I also contacted them three times by email as they as and no responses. Not only do I feel scammed but my parents purchased them as well. I will be disputing the charge on my cc and will have my mom do the same. This feels like a scam .. User's recommendation: Don't order from here for filter masks!!!!
