Resolved: Warn others- get company to improve customer service

Update by user Jun 03, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Original review posted by user May 04, 2021 They could not be worse if they tried. My doctor's office swears that refill order was filed electronically. But when I send message to Caremark via the their web site message system I get message back that nothing was received. YOU CANNOT REACH ANY HUMAN BEING TO TALK TO. The federal employees/ retirees program has thousands (maybe millions) who must use Caremark mail service for prescriptions. The federal program SHOULD REQUIRE THAT CAREMARK HAVE AT LEAST MINIMALLY ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Otherwise, don't award them the contract to be the sole prescription provider. User's recommendation: complain to your health insurance company that they should not award pharmacy contract to Caremark Mail order unless they provide adequate customer service.
