Original review posted by user Jan 05, 2021 I ordered my sofa 5 months ago, Aug 10th 2020, was told my delivery would be before Thanksgiving. Then, in early NOV was told the delivery would be before xmas, I thought great, I dont mind waiting.Then.....in Dec, was told the delivery would be Jan 13th.I went to the store, to check the delivery date,on Jan 4th....mind you, I already had given my old sofa away the 1st week of Dec for the Dec delivery! The salesman checked, was told, it "should go out at end of Jan,2021".That was it! I asked to cxl my sofa order.Craftsman sat on this order 5 months! Unbelievable! I immediately left and went to my other favorite design store, and now am ordering Flexsteel sofa! I will tell anyone, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CRAFTSMAN! EVER! and yes...I am yelling User's recommendation: Do NOT order anything from Craftsman.
