Resolved: Unsolved concern about prorated charged after the service was canceled

Update by user Jul 26, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Through the Better Business Bureau, T-Mobile resolved to adjust the final bill.. Original review posted by user Jun 25, 2021 Very disappointment after many years of being a loyal customer with automatic payments. I never got a good deal from T-Mobile. All they do is SELL LINES. Even when you don't need them, they want you to add lines to your account in order to receive "fake promotions"....
