My agent is Carrie Allen I have been a multiple policy holder with their company for over 10 years now, this evening about 7 pm one of the companies reps came to my home to take pics of our home to update our files, the rep was very rude and proceeded to break in to our garage and gate and when my wife caught her the rep aggressively approached her and verbally assaulted my wife by telling her to go ( f ) herself and the rep also damaged our gate. my wife is 60 years old with 2 hip replacements and a recent heart attack and was terrified that this rep would attack her, This is an unprofessional and dangerous action by Barker Weber insurance company. I will be cancelling all my policies with them but I thought everyone should know how they treat people.
