Update by user Apr 27, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I think it was fair.. Original review updated by user Apr 27, 2021 I received a Truman handle Mystery Item but I already had 3 Truman handles. Harrys sent a free replacement Mystery and didnt accept my offer of returning the first Item. The replacement Mystery Item is peppermint face wash. Feels good but dont think I will buy it. User's recommendation: Use harrys.com.
