Resolved: Too Busy For My Business

Update by user Apr 10, 2018 It was just resolved Original review posted by user Apr 09, 2018 When I initially ordered from Liberator I spoke with a very helpful lady named Dana. She told me to save her number and call when I need to reorder. The company called every week saying it was time to "re-order" and I finally told them I am old enough to know when it is time and not to call back...I would call them. Now that it is time to reorder, I called this morning and a lady took my number and said "Dana will call you back in 10 minutes". That was 3 hours ago and when again, a very abrupt young man said, "Well we are very busy" so I advised that maybe agents should say "10 minutes" if they aren't certain. I will be looking for a new medical supply company this afternoon as soon as I check with my insurance company about approved providers! :(
