Resolved: Thought I was different and it wouldn’t happen to me

I ordered the sample product for shipping charges of 4.95 on November 1st, 2014. I did not receive the product until November 5th, 2014. I tried sending an email but it was bounced back as undeliverable. I tried calling the company on November 15, 16, and 17 to cancel as the product made me sick requiring medical intervention. No answer after 30 minutes on hold both November 15 and 16th. When I called on the 17th, a man answered but then hung up on me within 30 seconds. I called back and was on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered and said their system was down. She refused to cancel my subscription because I was not within the 14 days even though I tried to reach them unsuccessfully on day 13 and 14 but finally reached them on day 15. I also did not receive the product for 5 days which made using it only possible for 7-8 days before finding out if it worked. When you try to find out their address, you find that they continually are changing their name and number making it difficulty to cancel or track.
