Update by user Jul 21, 2019 ITS NOT RESOLVED!!!!! I DID WHAT YOU SAID, & REACHED OUT, LETTING THEM KNOW ABOUT THE REVIEW I DID ON YOUR SITE, & I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BAVK TIL THIS DAY!! SO THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE WEB, BECAUSE ALL THEY ARE DOING, ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY, & SELLING BS PRODUCTS THAT DON’T WORK! I AM BASICALLY SCREWED OUT OF $67 Original review posted by user Jun 21, 2019 About 2weeks ago, I placed a Order for Epoxy, I paid $45 for the Epoxy, & $17 for (3) day Shipping.. & I got it in 8! After Contacting the Company, & y’all to a Guy Named Richard, who said he was the Owner, He pretended to not know what was going on with my Order!! I placed my Order on Thursday, & he said I should get it my Monday, that he was gonna Mail it Out that same day! So Saturday I Contacted them again, because the USPS Website was say that a Label was made, but they hadn’t received anything yet! So to try & throw me off of what was going on with my Order, he Offered me a position to work with him, by advertising his Product, on my Youtube Channel, & in return he would mail & send me Free Peoducts, to use on my Channel, while Advertising for his Company! So Monday came.. Still no Package, I Contact USPS, they still said they didn’t receive anything! I Contact Richard again.. He’s still saying he don’t know what was going on, & he would send me a Replacement, & ship it for Next Day Delivery! He the shifted back to the Business side of it saying, I am also gonna send out the Products we talked about, & wanted me to post all of his Company’s info on my Channel.. So I agreed!! I also let him know, the day of when the Video would be up.. which would be that coming Friday! So Tuesday came.. No Package still, No Replacement, No Products he said that he sent out! I then Contacted him.. AGAIN.. He then Blamed it on the fact that he have a 4 & 5 yr Old, & said the Package was sent out earlier that day (Tuesday) & I should get it on Thursday!! At that point, I started feeling as if I’m being given the run around, & used to advertise for this Company!! So Thursday came, & I did get my Package, but it had the Dates on it, 5/31... Which means the package I received, was from my Original Order!! He made up a Label, & put the Date on it 5/31, to Make it seem like it was my Original Order.. when in fact this Entire time.. He never Mailed out my Package, from the week before, & he basically just took my Money, that I paid for 3 day shipping!! At this point, I had already made the Video, & I told him this after contacting him about the Package, he then quickly switched it up to, What I said I was gonna send you, is on the way, you should get it Friday... Well Friday came.. NOTHING.. I tried calling, my Calls were Denied.. All of them!! I emailed the Company, I kept getting automated emails about them receiving my Emails!! So Monday came.. AFTER I did the Video.. AND STILL NO FREE ITEMS RECEIVED.. OR THE REPLACEMENT ORDER.. I called, & he Answerd, & I told him what happened, & AGAIN.. He was like Oh that’s Weird.. let me Contact my warehouse, & I’ll call you back in 15 minutes.. We’ll 5hrs went past, so I called back.. & he was like Oh Hey Kiwanna, I never got a chance to Contact the Warehouse, can you call me back tomorrow.. I was like what.. then said Ok.. now it’s Tuesday again.. & he answers, & then told me that the Warehouse Never Shipped it out the week before, & he had no idea why.. BUT YOU'RE THE OWNER.. He then said AGAIN, I’ll ship this to you today & the Replacement, & you’ll have it tomorrow.. (But he said the Replacement was sent the week before also!!!! Tomorrow came Nothing, My Calls were Denied, I called during Business hours.. & NOTHING!! All Denied!!! My Emails we’re Ignored.. & I’m still out of my High *** 3 day shipping Fee, for a Product that I got in 8!!! This Guys is a Fake, a Scammer, & a Phony!!! He uses his Kids as a Excuse as to why he can’t ship orders out on time, & he just Basically FALSELY make you think he wants to work with you, to throw you off of OR think of how he just basically took your Money!! I will be Contacting the BBB as well, & I did take down the Video from my channel, with his Company info on it!!! I wouldn’t dare refer this Company to ANYONE!!! Beware of this Company Guys, their Scammers, their Falsely advertising on their Website as the will give Refunds year round..And the Epoxy is Crap!!! It don’t even Cure right!! I believe he sent me some Botched up a Epoxy.. On PURPOSE!!! This Company is just all Bad!!! First time here, & my last.. & I did let the Youtuber who told us about this Company, know what happened, as well as my subscribers!!! Just beware People.. Try to avoid this a company at all Costs!!! They use their Kids as Excuses to Rip you Off!!!!
