Update by user Oct 24, 2019 Company refunded the cost of my new glasses Original review posted by user Oct 22, 2019 I stopped by their Hodgkins, IL store to have a screw replaced in my frames. I went there because my wife just bought a new pair of glasses there. The Tech that helped me broke my frames while trying to replace the screw. She handed back my glasses and said "you will have to buy a new pair of glasses, sorry" No attempt to offer any kind of assistance was offered. I did receive a email from the store manager telling me that their District manager would be contacting me, guess what ,no contact from anyone. I walked in their store looking to spend a few bucks for a new screw instead I now have to pay $418 for a new pair of glasses I didn't need
