Resolved: They auto renewed old account without giving notice

Update by user Oct 30, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I found how to contact their consumer service and subsequently received a very prompt apology, cancellation, and refund!. Original review posted by user Oct 30, 2020 NC's law requires they give notice before auto billing. Their policy says they send notice but they do not have my current email and consequently did NOT inform me. I've not had paid service in a very long time. Could not find any phone contact number for them. None of my email addresses are listed in their look-up app. I don't have their paid app installed so no way to update or cancel from within the app. User's recommendation: Don't authorize auto renew.
