Update by user Dec 26, 2019 Through numerous call attempts and constant pursuit I finally was able to complete my request. I never experienced anything like this in 5 previous years of signing up! Original review posted by user Nov 26, 2019 I have had two appointments with an agent of which neither happened. I never got called back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on hold to get absolutely NO help. Hewlett-Packard needs to find a new more reliable support consultant!
