Update by user Mar 01, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I received a replacement order on Saturday, Feb. 27. They replaced the small size originally ordered for a LARGE size. It took emails to get a response, because did not get responses from messages left on their website. What was originally meant for as a Christmas present, is now an Easter present.. Update by user Feb 22, 2021 I received a replacement order for the mens unisex size small, zip up hoodie. The same size as the original order arrived on January 18, 2021. And they informed me of their size chart + or - 1 inch . I e-mailed again stating size problem. Communication was thru regular...
