Took 3 months to get my vehicle in. Service writer Brian NEVER returns calls. they told me people who are close to warranty expiration by mileage, leave their vehicles for weeks to get a warranty repair??!! How is acceptable?? I needed batteries and a radio flash that was supposed to be covered under warranty. 4 days later I had to get my truck as I couldn't wait any longer. What good is a warranty when the dealer cant even take it in. managers are never available. You arent even a number at this place..run run run away. My 2018 F250 is my first Ford vehicle since 1992. I took the leap from a Silverado 2500, and I'm so disappointed....I regret it. Such a shame as I have been awaiting looking at a 2020 Ford F250 when they become available. I cant risk buying another when my Dealer Sam Galloway Ford cant handle service repairs. Anthony Trabon
