My wife and I have shopped at this store for 27 years, along with using their oil change, car wash. Upon returning home yesterday my wife angrily stated she had to call Woodman's. She told me they charged her for a 4 box package of Kleenex and she didn't receive them. I told her to call the Manager. The calls are screened and my wife was told that Lou wasn't up front though this gal would leave him her info and he'd call back. 1.5 hr's later I told her to call and ask for Lou this time. Same girl stated that he was out to lunch and he'd return her call after review of the checkout line camera's. An hour later I had called, male this time attempted to screen call. I demanded to speak to Lou and told this person to go find him. 10 minutes later Lou answers the phone and told me that he was on his way to review cameras to see what had happened and that he'd call my wife back shortly on her phone. An hour and 20 minutes later I called the Janesville Corporate office, more mad at the Managers neglect than the missing item. I was transfered to the younger Woodman who seemed irrated to get this call from me. I explained we had shopped here 27 yrs. and only had 3 instance of missing groceries and the store refunded or replaced the item. No searching cameras. Told him about Lou's behavior. Mr. Woodman stated , "well you just told me the store refunded your money." I had asked if he is even listening to what I am telling him. "Have a nice day", he hung up on me. I will not spent one red cent at this place again. I never complained about the money we wasted several times a month to discover we bought molding rasberries, and other veggies and fruit. Third world country store & Management all the way to the top. Idiots. Oh, Lou never returned her call.
