Resolved: Terrible customer support

Update by user Oct 05, 2019 After filing a complaint with the BBB, they contacted Jeld-Win. Jeld-Win then agreed to replace the screens at their cost and not at Home Depot's cost. Replacement screens were received on 4 Oct 2019 Original review posted by user Sep 05, 2019 Ordered screens along with new patio french doors. Screens were incorrectly made leaving a bow in both doors with the middle of the screen 1/2 narrower than the top & bottom. Doors arrived and had to wait 2 weeks for installer to schedule installation. After installation I discovered the problem when I tried to install the screens. Purchased from Home Depot and when I tried to get a replacement set (Due to Jeld Wens mistake), they refused to replace them because the installation was not finished in 2 weeks. Home Depot is ordering replacements at their cost (Kudos to them for that). Jeld Wen will never receive another order from me and I have spent a couple of thousand on replacement windows over the years
