Resolved: Terrible customer service – poor quality

Purchased the Cuba tie top which was faulty as the two sides of the bikini were sewn differently, meaning one provided lots of coverage and one almost none. Returned and was issued a store credit. Had to purchase something else to avoid wasting the store credit and purchased the darling bralette. The clasp did not go all the way through the material meaning it kept sliding out and causing the bikini to fall off - this was just while in my room, not even swimming. Emailed with photos showing that it was faulty, and provided accompanying photos from their instagram highlighting the issue and they claimed they could not see the fault. Eventually they offered for me to return it for inspection, however this was to be at my own cost and with only the promise for a store credit, not a refund. After shipping, taxes (which are additional to the prices displayed) and return costs I have spent about $100 to be left with nothing. Would never purchase again.
