Resolved: Storage Fee Scam

Update by user Aug 13, 2019 USAbox in Miami is responsible. Though I hired them as a mail forwarder they list ME as the shipper when THEY fill out customs forms. They incompletely filled out the customs form for Fedex, If they fill out incorrectly it is MY responsibility not theirs. USA box sucks Update by user Aug 13, 2019 The location is NOT Fedex Bicol but Fedex Manila Airport. Communication with Fedex Clearance keeps requesting information which I provide BUT there is always something wrong. Original review posted by user Aug 13, 2019 Fedex Philippines keeps asking for more details about a $20 usd plastic piece and $6 usd worth of rubber washers. Each day I spend answering their inane questions again and again they charge for another day storage PLUS "warehouse handling fee". Fedex USA must need money bad to be complicit in this scam. They are also holding personal mail including my wife's passport until I answer their silly questions and pay all the fees. It is extortion
