Update by user Feb 10, 2020 Sent a third box with shorter delivery time. The problem was Washington state to Florida. Update by user Jan 11, 2020 Just received a 2nd shipment of pears. Spoiled and blackened also. Called Harry and David’s we are going to try a 3rd shipment. Spoilage possibly due to cold weather and freezing temps in route.
