Vroom finally paid off my loan, but it took lots of additional complaints, phone calls and bad reviews.. Original review posted by user Jul 22, 2021 I started the process of selling a 2018 Ford F150 to Vroom back in late May early June (2021). I received payment for my equity roughly a week after the truck was picked up (vs. 1 to 2 days promised given the direct deposit via Plaid). My loan balance still has not been paid off over 1 month after they took possession of the vehicle. I am not certain that I haven't been scammed by Vroom, and I may have to initiate lgal action to get this sorted out. User's recommendation: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
