Update by user Aug 10, 2018 I just commented on my review. I sent them another message letting them know that I had given them poor reviews online because of their lack of response to me. They responded to me and said that their message system was down and they had not seen my request for a refund. They told me they would give me a refund once I returned the product. Which I did and they did. Original review posted by user Aug 03, 2018 Woo Lash offered a 60-day money back guarantee on their shyster website. They would not respond to me or my many messages. There is no phone number and they do not have a customer service phone number. This company deliberately misleads the public and engages in fraudulent advertising. They should be shut down so they can no longer steal people's money. I have read other reviews (unfortunately after I had purchased this product) who have had the same problem. This is a warning to you who choose to purchase this product. Know that it does not work for everyone and you will give them your money and you will not hear from them again. Do not plan to exercise your right to a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. SHYSTER COMPANY.
