I made an online order 2 months prior. I never received any updates or delivery information and I had just phoned to see what has happened with my order and I was told that it is my fault for following up so late and the order has been cancelled and there is now nothing I can do about it. I purchased the item on special and I have now been told that I can no longer purchase it at that price. This is very poor business practice and it is shameful that I should have to call and see what has happened, only to be told that it is not their problem. User's recommendation: Do not shop on their online store.
