Update by user Dec 13, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I received full shipping refund and an apology/explanation.. Original review updated by user Dec 13, 2020 Edit: I received a full refund on shipping and an apology for taking longer than promised. It was explained that there had been a positive covid result and there was no one there to answer phones. After all this, I give 5 stars for how it was handled in the end. Shirts are also great quality and very comfortable! Can't say much as of now, no one answers the phone. It rings and rings and then there is a tone, like voicemail, but no type of recording or live person speaking. I paid double shipping to receive order in 2-3 days. 3 days was yesterday, 11/12/20 and they are still not delivered. I checked tracking and it states USPS will deliver by 9p on Monday... That's a whole week from when ordered. Definitely not 2-3 days, which is why I tried to contact them. I sent a message via Facebook messenger. We'll see if they reply. Can only rate 2 items for now.
