We bought several new Samsung appliances from Bill Smith on Neopolitan almost two years ago. Our refrigerator has been a nightmare. 6 months ago the ice maker went. Like pulling teeth to get their service people here. Yesterday, the refrigerator started making a horrible and annoying sound. We couldn’t sleep because of it last night. I called service yesterday and was told we will send a repair person out next Thursday. Really? The sound you hear is what we hear every minute. Another week of this? Don’t buy from this company. I’ve been spreading my story. No one should have to wait like this especially since I purchased their Extended Warranty.
