Update by user Sep 14, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Original review posted by user Sep 14, 2020 We order windows in June and were told they would be installed in 4 weeks. Eight weeks later we were given a date. The installer called and said his brakes went out. We rescheduled for Saturday, but he didn't show up. We rescheduled again for today. He told my husband the basement window that he had was too small, so he couldn't install it. He installed two windows in our bedrooms. They were NOT the ones we ordered. I cannot reach anyone in the office to talk to them about it. User's recommendation: Would not recommend unless situation is fixed.
