Resolved: Serious delay in shipping items. Then a note saying we are sorry but we will give you a 10% discount on future purchases. Seriously? You are already overpriced and now you want customer to spend more?

Update by user Oct 14, 2020 A lame apology. Asking you to spend MORE money due to their poor service by getting a pittance of 10% by buying MORE overpriced items.. Update by user Oct 14, 2020 They finally delivered products and sent a feeble email of apology of taking so long. Will not do business with them again. I purchased as a favor for someone. Original review posted by user Sep 14, 2020 Tried to contact Pampered and every email address online comes back as undeliverable. You have to fill out THEIR form that you cannot attach their apology email to. You can see from above it has taken a ridiculous amount of time to ship items. Then they send an apology and say if you buy more we will give you a discount of a mere 10%. And when will I get THOSE items....2022???? This is horrible customer service. User's recommendation: Look elsewhere for kitchen items. I purchased to help a relative out. I will not do this again.
