Resolved: Sent wrong replacement part and then said the part would work

Update by user Jun 05, 2020 Company fixed issue and I have been provided with full refund Original review posted by user Jun 05, 2020 The replacement part that was sent doesn't work on my storm door. The picture that they sent shows that the storm glass insert is L shaped for the replacement part to work. My storm door glass insert does not have the L shape to it and the replacement part is too small and the glass insert falls out. They indicated after I sent a picture of the part that I was replacing they don't make that part any more. So I either have to make something that works or buy a whole new storm door.DonD User's recommendation: Don't buy Larson Products.
