Update by user Dec 14, 2019 They gave us a store credit for replacement furniture. SOme of the replacement has arrived still awaiting some. Original review posted by user Nov 12, 2019 Bought a sectional was supposed to be reclining. When delivered no reclining just regular. worked out a deal for an ottoman instead when it was delivered wrong color. Finally got right color eventually. Cushions on one part of sectional collapsed in less than 6 mos. and another part had developed a squeak due to the spring assembly falling to the floor. Their answer was to replace the cushion on the section that the springs had dropped to the floor and do nothing for the collapsed cushions in the other section.Refused said cushion upon delivery. Made another complaint tech came out looked at it agreed replacing the cushion would not fix the springs. A couple of days later they said they would be sending out another cushion for said section.
