Update by user Feb 01, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Two days ago i received notification that they were closing my account. Which is all i really wanted.. Original review posted by user Jan 28, 2021 In the end of December i rented a unit over the internet from my local location. Great. Everything feel apart for me the next day. Here a month later in living in a homeless shelter and have been trying to cancel my unit for the last month. We are very strongly discouraged from discussing bills over the phone since there is no privacy available. My car broke down so i have no way of getting there to cancel the only way they will accept - in person. Chats and emails are useless. All they ever conclude with is that i must go in in person. Seriously if i could i would. Since it's not an option all they then say is Oh Sorry. I'm left with no other option then calling my bank and reporting fraud. It's stupid. I can sign up on line but can't cancel on line. Avoid them like the plague! User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company.
