Resolved: Rewards problem

Update by user Nov 23, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I called local store asked for email to Fridays he was actually the general manager he just gave me desert less than an hour later. Still no response from Corporate office. Original review posted by user Oct 24, 2020 They send code free dessert. Zero balance still needs credit card to order. They declined card. I then realized i am not logged in. I log in realize that has my office number. I log out lose code error message code was used.
