Update by user Jun 21, 2021 finally after a week of calling every day and being put on hold for 30 min and disconnected i reached someone and a repair man came out an replaced my compressor.. Original review posted by user May 20, 2021 refrigerator/freezer stopped working in less than 2 and a half years. called for a repair and technican said it need needed a compressor and a filter drier. He could not finds the parts and contacted LG support - support gave him a number of a universal part which the technician said could not be found so there was nothing else he could do . I call LG and talked to someone on 5/18 and they never got 5/18 -5 were suppose to get get bacjk to me and never User's recommendation: DONT BUY LG PRODUCTS.
