Update by user Mar 15, 2021 An explanation. My error.. Original review posted by user Mar 15, 2021 I have twice been billed for $3.72 from QVC on my PayPal account. Why and how do I stop this? I ordered something in Dec and the charges first showed up in Feb. User's recommendation: Read the small print and check your charges.
